Rururbal/European Charter for the teritorial gouvernance, throught the periurbal food chain
DESCRIPTION:
"Choose your food Decide your territory " Rururbal enhances local products, as elements for valuing non-urbanised peri-urban areas, and also short-circuit food chains, as a vehicle for creating territorial rebalance and a co-decision space for its management model. Short circuits for marketing local products present an opportunity for developing territorial government processes. Rururbal is particularly sensitive to experiments that promote equal opportunities between men and women and innovation, initiatives that will be diffused with particular intensity
OBJECTIVES:
The Rururbal project is intended to experiment models of local sustainable and balanced development, based on the social involvement in the management of the land.
The aim of the Rururbal project is to create a Common Crossborder Territorial Government Charter for the sustainable development of periurban areas, based on actions aimed at promoting the marketing and consumption of local products.
