Seminar reportThe event brought together nearly 180 participants, including: 84 regional representatives of whom half were from the Mediterranean, 37 representatives of national governments, 9 representatives from the Committee of the Regions, 14 representatives from the European institutions and 31 observers, mostly members of organisations active within the Mediterranean area.
